Our client is hiring for an experienced Human Resources Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Administration and Human Resources, you will oversee daily HR operations, supervise the HR team, and support various departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leadership : Manage the HR team, and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with employment laws
  • Operations : Handle payroll and benefits for 150+ employees, maintain employee records, and address complaints and disputes
  • Strategy : Develop recruitment strategies, organize training sessions, and participate in business planning

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager, preferably in property management / real estate
  • CHRP / CHRL designation(s) is an asset or in progress
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and legislation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • High professionalism and discretion with confidential information
