Job summary

Purolator is hiring a Hub Section Manager in Etobicoke, ON. You will lead a team of Unit Managers, drive operational excellence, and ensure policy compliance and strong customer service. The role requires translating strategies into actions, developing managers, and resolving disputes.

The position runs afternoons/evenings with a Monday–Friday schedule, reporting to Operations Manager. College education and 3–5 years of management experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in English for frequent communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Unit Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Own section performance, metrics, and policy adherence; report to Operations Manager.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and develop managers.
• Handle mediation and disputes; ensure customer service commitments.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 3:30pm–11:30pm; flexibility required.
