Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting.

• Familiarity with safety regulations or willingness to learn.
• Experience managing content on websites, intranet, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support ARC safety systems and software.
• Coordinate in-house and third-party safety training.
• Coordinate safety recognition program.
• Oversee verification of safety certifications.
• Assist in preparing safety and environmental team reports.
• Manage safety content on ARC websites, Intranet, and SharePoint.
• Provide regulatory filing support as required.
• Coordinate team meetings and safety engagements/events.
• Monitor shared team inboxes and route inquiries.
• Coordinate Calgary office JHSC and related meetings.
