Extendicare is seeking an HRIS Analyst to optimize Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking, enhancing configuration and integration points across the organization. The role partners with senior HR leaders, IT and Finance to drive scalable solutions and improve the employee experience.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, the HRIS Analyst (Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking) will support the ongoing configuration, enhancement and optimization of Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking modules. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing Workday functionality, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience. This role will work closely with senior business leaders, cross-functional managers, executive leadership and field operations teams, requiring exceptional collaboration and facilitation skills.
