Extendicare is seeking an HR Service Centre Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, resolving complex inquiries with ServiceNow, phone, and other channels. The role is based at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario, and offers a hybrid working environment.
The successful candidate will provide first-level HR support, coach on self-service transactions, and ensure timely case resolution while upholding SLAs and privacy requirements.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Service Centre, the HR Service Centre Analyst serves as the first point of contact for employees and managers seeking support on a broad range of Human Resources inquiries. This role is responsible for investigating and resolving complex workforce questions, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering timely support through ServiceNow cases, phone calls, and other service channels.
This position will be based at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario. Extendicare offers a hybrid working environment.
