New Directions is seeking an HRIS Analyst to partner with the Organizational and HR teams to manage and improve HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management systems.
You will develop reports, analyze workforce trends, support budgeting and staffing, and drive technology-enabled process improvements while collaborating with leaders across the organization.
Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst works with the Organizational and HR team and helps manage and improve the systems that support Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and workforce management at New Directions. Working closely with leaders across the organization, this role ensures employee data is accurate, develops reports and workforce insights, supports budgeting and staffing planning, and helps improve processes through technology and data. The HRIS Analyst plays an important role in helping the organization make informed decisions, operate efficiently, and provide excellent support to employees.
The salary range for this full-time permanent 70-hour biweekly positions is $34.3238 to $43.2439per hour (equivalent to $62,469.32 to $78,703.90 annually), dependent upon education and/or experience. A full benefits package (which includes Health and Dental Benefits, Long Term Disability, and a Pension Plan) is provided to permanent full-time staff.
