Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science or equivalent required.
• Workday certifications or equivalent hands-on experience recommended.
• 3-5 years of Workday experience including business process, reporting and demand management.
• 2-3 years in Business Analysis with requirements gathering and problem-solving.
• Expertise in Workday Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects in multi-system environments.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management and Agile experience.
• Lean/Lean Six Sigma knowledge for process improvement.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office for data analysis and presentations.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and self-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document HR requirements across HQs and frontline teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and system integrators on Workday People Experience implementations.
• Leverage HR data to identify trends and develop reports for decision-making.
• Recommend process and data management improvements for governance and reporting.
• Implement dashboards and reporting in cloud-based HR platforms to drive improvement.
• Mitigate risks by identifying issues and escalating as needed.
• Manage HR data migration, validation, reconciliation, and audit activities.
• Champion Workday Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management processes and governance.
