The Salvation Army in Canada is seeking a Business Analyst, Operational Excellence to drive our cloud-based HR transformations, with a focus on Workday Total Rewards. The Business Analyst, Operational Excellence exists to support The Salvation Army Canada's digital transformation by optimizing HR processes, data, and technology to improve employee experiences and organizational effectiveness. This role leads the implementation and continuous improvement of cloud-based HR solutions, working closely with stakeholders and external partners to ensure HR data, business processes, and system configurations are accurate, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. As the functional expert for Workday Total Rewards, the incumbent provides data-driven insights and ensures compliance, enabling HR leaders to make informed decisions that enhance operational excellence and support The Salvation Army's mission across Canada.
The target hiring range for this position is $85,321.60 to $106,641.60 with a maximum of $127,982.40. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
