Job summary

Cascades is seeking an HR Technician in Scarborough to support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Youll maintain employee records and help coordinate programs in a dynamic, people-first environment.

Ideal candidates will have an HR credential, 1–2 years of HR experience, strong MS Office skills, and be able to work on-site five days a week in Scarborough, with occasional shift adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience (co-op/internship/entry-level) in manufacturing/warehouse/distribution environment.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities including postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer administration, onboarding support.
• Build relationships with employees through floor presence and day-to-day support.
• Respond to employee questions and escalate issues as needed.
