Ledcor is seeking a Manager, HR Technology in Vancouver, BC to lead the operational delivery of HR technologies, focusing on Workday configuration and governance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years progressive HR technology experience.
• 4+ years Workday configuration & governance including 3+ years of leadership.
• Proven experience leading HR Technology teams.
• Strong HR operating model and CoE knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Workday operations including incident management and integrations.
• Manage Workday tenant refreshes, access, and renewals with WSP.
• Partner with HR, IS, Finance, and vendors to align technology with business needs.
• Establish governance, security, and data standards for HR systems.
• Champion data governance, metadata, and data quality across HR tech.
• Lead enhancement intake, release management, and improvements for Workday and other systems.
• Oversee HCM configuration across Core HCM, Compensation, Performance, and BPFs.
• Plan and prioritize HR Technology Analysts’ work and coach the team.
