As we continue to expand, we're seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join us as an HR Sales & Marketing Specialist.

Position Overview : As the HR Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead our sales initiatives and expand our online market presence in the HR industry.

This role requires a blend of HR knowledge, sales skills, and marketing expertise to support our growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a sales and social media marketing strategy to drive growth and meet revenue goals.
  • Identify and engage new clients, understanding their HR needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Present compelling proposals to prospective clients, highlighting our HR services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle client inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
  • Create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and blogs.

Qualifications :
