Job summary

You will support the Pod Group recruitment team with client searches and interviews, establish hiring processes, and handle HR tasks like health and safety, performance reviews, and compensation discussions.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, HR, or related field with graduation in 2026.
• CHRP certification is considered an asset.
• Exposure to marketing and technology is considered a strong asset.

Compensation & Benefits
