Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party requests regarding employee information and employment records
• Liaise with payroll, absence reports, job descriptions, personal information and pension/benefits data
• Process power of attorney requests and coordinate with HR
• Be the main contact between third parties and Air Canada HR
• Handle non-resident processes and validate CRA tax forms and tax rates
• Assist with admin tasks including processing ID cards and mail
• Process pension-related transactions per SOPs
• Suggest improvements to processes and escalate issues as needed
