Responsibilities

• Support Recruitment Specialist with full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening, coordinating interviews, offers.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding for a positive employee experience.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Contribute to employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building.
• Support training and development programs across the organization.
• Assist HR team with HR responsibilities as needed.
• Execute other duties as required by Executive Management.
