Flynn Group of Companies, Mississauga, is seeking an HR & Payroll Systems Support professional to join our IT team. This role focuses on supporting HR and payroll technologies, system testing, and process improvements while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of HRIS/payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate across HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting HRIS, payroll systems, payroll operations, or enterprise applications.
• Experience with cloud HR/payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG).
• Strong communication and collaboration across HR, payroll, IT, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for HR and payroll systems including SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Assist with system administration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Test updates, upgrades, releases and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR and IT to ensure system functionality and accuracy.
• Document testing results and maintain system procedures.
