BlueSky Personnel Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Compliance Advisor in Toronto. The role offers a competitive salary between $75,000 and $85,000, along with performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate must have a PCP or PLP designation, at least 5 years of payroll processing experience, and extensive knowledge of multi-jurisdictional payroll legislation. Benefits include flexible working hours, three weeks of paid vacation, and RRSP matching.

Our client, a respected national organization headquartered in Toronto, is seeking an HR Payroll Compliance Advisor.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + generous performance-based bonuses

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing payroll knowledge, support, and training on Canadian payroll legislation
• Maintaining government contacts and agencies and analyzing legislation
• Updating payroll information for professional standards and programs
• Supporting the development of best practices and website resources
• Contributing to articles, discussion papers, and legislative analysis
• Assisting with any additional duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• PCP or PLP designation
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience
• College and/or University Degree in a related field
• Extensive knowledge of multi-jurisdictional payroll and legislation
• Superior working knowledge of MS Office
