Job summary

Cintas Canada is seeking a Human Resources Manager I to support all general areas of HR, including turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, and strong employee relations in Mississauga.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, with at least 1 year HR experience and solid Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of HR laws and compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Working knowledge of HR-related laws including FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities
