Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in Employee Relations for its East London operations. You will lead the development and execution of employee relations strategies, manage complex cases, advise management, develop policies, and foster positive labor relations.

This leadership role focuses on mitigating risks, enhancing employee engagement, and upholding the company's values and legal obligations with on-site work in East London.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
