Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Experience working with third-party staffing agencies or external service providers is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labour legislation and good communication skills.

• Support leadership with employee relations and HR guidance.
• Promote a positive company culture and implement HR policies and strategies.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, and interviews for key roles.
