Metro Inc. in Ottawa is seeking an Advisor, HR & LR to partner with store operations and lead union negotiations in the Ottawa region.
You will develop the negotiation mandate for single-store collective agreements and Ottawa Distribution Centres, obtain internal approvals, and negotiate a new collective agreement with the Unions. The Manager will also lead the Ottawa HR team, delivering leadership and guidance across the function.
The typical salary range for this position is $78,880.00 - $108,460.00 annually. The base salary offered will be determined based on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity considerations.
The Advisor, HR & LR works collaboratively as the business partner for a designated group of stores in the Ottawa region.
This position is responsible for developing the negotiation mandate for the single store collective agreements and the Ottawa Distribution Centres as per the Corporate Orientations and Objectives, obtain proper internal approvals, and negotiate a new collective agreement with the Unions. The Manager will also be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Ottawa HR team.
