The typical salary range for this position is $62 400.00 - $85 800.00 annually. The base salary offered will be determined based on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity considerations.

The Human Resources Advisor provides HR support to assigned stores and distribution centres, including conducting investigations and managing grievances and harassment cases. The role also works closely with Store Operations to support recruitment for non-union Department Managers and Assistant Store Managers, as well as coordinating job postings for unionized positions.
Internally has regular contact with Head Office Department including Payroll, Benefits, Store Operations, and Corporate and Divisional Labour Relations on a variety of issues.
External: Customers, and union representatives
