Job summary

Manulife John Hancock is seeking an HR Knowledge Analyst Winter Co-op to organize and improve HR knowledge content and employee resources. You will work with KM professionals, SMEs, and cross-functional partners to learn content management, reporting, and digital knowledge solutions.

You will contribute to content governance, process improvements, and the employee experience while gaining hands-on experience in knowledge management and emerging AI initiatives within Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in HR, business, communications or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to synthesize information.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and multitasking.
• Capable of independent work within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Support review, maintenance, and updating of HR knowledge articles and guides.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to keep information accurate and current.
• Assist with content cleanup, standardization, and QA on knowledge platforms.
• Gather stakeholder input to support content updates and KM initiatives.
• Support projects to improve self-service experiences and content accessibility.
• Maintain trackers and governance documentation for schedules and activity.
• Analyze usage data and content trends to identify improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement of content quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate across HR, Operations and Digital Experience on special projects.
