Manulife John Hancock is seeking an HR Knowledge Analyst Winter Co-op to organize and improve HR knowledge content and employee resources. You will work with KM professionals, SMEs, and cross-functional partners to learn content management, reporting, and digital knowledge solutions.
You will contribute to content governance, process improvements, and the employee experience while gaining hands-on experience in knowledge management and emerging AI initiatives within Human Resources.

The AskHR Knowledge & Education team plays a critical role in supporting employee self-service by maintaining high-quality HR content, improving knowledge resources, and enhancing the employee experience.
As an HR Knowledge Management & Employee Experience Co-op, you will help organize, maintain, and improve HR knowledge content used by employees across the organization. Working alongside Knowledge Management professionals, HR subject matter experts, and cross‑functional partners, you will gain experience in content management, employee experience, process improvement, reporting, and digital knowledge solutions.
This role is ideal for students who enjoy organizing information, conducting research, collaborating with stakeholders, improving processes, and creating clear, user‑friendly content.
$40,950.00 CAD – $56,550.00 CAD
The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro‑rated based on the length of the work term.
