Job summary

The HIDI Group is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Toronto. This hands-on role supports day-to-day HR services, focusing on recruitment, onboarding and HR operations across our engineering consultancy.

You will partner with managers to drive candidate experience, maintain records, coordinate benefits and performance processes, and help ensure policy alignment with Ontario standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Post-secondary education in human resources management or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience, onboarding and HR administration.
• Maintain confidential employee records and respond to routine HR questions.
• Coordinate benefits administration, performance review cycles and compliance activities.
• Support learning, culture initiatives and HR projects with stakeholders.
