Job summary

Vanco Farms Ltd. seeks an organized, dependable individual to manage reception, office administration, and HR support in PEI. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, data entry, onboarding, and maintain employee records.

You will assist with housing inspections, transportation for staff, and confidential handling of information, while coordinating with the HR Manager. A varied role with opportunities to contribute to employee experience and workplace organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, reception, customer service, or HR support is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer calls, respond to inquiries, and direct staff to departments.
• Data entry, document prep, scanning, and maintaining employee records.
• Assist with onboarding, policy acknowledgments, and HR tasks.
• Monitor and order office and housing supplies; maintain a clean reception area.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings; perform other administrative duties.
