Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a Data Administrator, HR Support to process high-volume HR transactions and maintain accurate employee data across multiple systems. You’ll support payroll accuracy, lifecycle transactions, reporting, and data integrity while delivering excellent service to employees and HR partners.

The role requires a diploma or degree and 1+ year of HR data administration or payroll experience, with strong detail orientation and proficiency in HR systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of HR administration, data administration, payroll, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience working with HR systems and large volumes of data.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency; SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and SharePoint experience is an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Canadian and/or U.S. HR and payroll practices is an asset.
• Strong customer service and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume HR transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Enter, update, and maintain employee information across HR systems.
• Complete employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct audits and resolve data discrepancies impacting HR processes and payroll.
• Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation.
• Partner with HR teams and SMEs to resolve data-related issues.
• Utilize ServiceNow to manage workload and ensure high-quality case management.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Protect confidential employee information and maintain data integrity.
