First Onsite is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR queries. This 12-month contract role in Mississauga requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and superb customer service to ensure accurate HR processes and timely documentation across Canada.
You will assist with onboarding, screenings, policy updates, and HR system updates while coordinating inquiries from leaders and staff, contributing to a compliant, people-focused operation.
Please note that this is a contract role - 12 months.

As an HR Coordinator, you support the full employee life cycle by preparing and processing transactions for new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. You will complete accuracy checks, maintain personnel files, coordinate pre-employment screenings, and ensure all documentation is submitted on time. Each day, you will respond to HR inquiries, route offer approvals, prepare letters, and support updates in our HR systems. You will also assist with onboarding, training administration, policy updates, and departmental projects that enhance our HR programs. Your strong attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service mindset help ensure employees and leaders receive consistent and compliant support.
