Our Intelligent Network Operations platform delivers and enables AI-driven agentic ops at scale, automating and simplifying how companies manage, secure, and optimize their networks.

But what makes us different is how we work: we believe great work happens in an environment where you're trusted, heard, and supported. With teams globally, we're building a workplace culture that values collaboration and integrity as much as innovation. If you're looking to advance your career with a company that invests in its people, this is it.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides first point of contact for HR support to employees and managers across our global offices, responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs, benefits, perks and redirecting as needed to appropriate team members.
  • Manages and organizes new hire onboarding including communications with other internal stakeholders to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Leads the off-boarding process including but not limited to HRIS changes, payroll & benefit updates.
  • Ensures our HRIS system (BambooHR) and surrounding processes meet the needs of the organization, employees and other stakeholders through researching best practices and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Assist on various HR projects, including implementation support, and system optimization related to HR & benefits operations, dashboards, complex reporting, data management, security, and data integrity for Bamboo and HR systems applications.
  • Maintain and support HR technology systems, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Administration of benefits programs including but not limited to working with our third-party benefits brokers and insurance carriers, processing employees’ questions, leave of absence claims, program maintenance and improvements, and facilitating times of open enrollment.
  • Supports payroll by accurately processing changes in HRIS and internal systems, tracking these changes on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Prepares employment verification letters and other correspondence, reports and presentations as required.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Finance Statistics, Information Management
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, inclusive of co-op or internship roles, ideally with HRIS and other HR systems
  • Experience with North American benefits administration an asset.
  • An entrepreneurial approach to work, taking preliminary steps to do what needs to be done; showing genuine willingness to be held accountable for successes and failures; seeking out and engages in self-improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively and confidently in front of large groups
  • A collaborative nature and the ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to work independently to achieve results including taking ownership of deliverables and being accountable for the results
  • Exceptional organization and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail

  • A Professional Development Budget
  • Dedicated Wellness Days and Wellness Week
