BlueCat is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to support our co-op program and recruitment efforts in Canada. You will liaise with universities and colleges, coordinate interview processes, and present offers while handling related administrative tasks.
This role focuses on building diverse teams and scaling our recruiting operations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in recruitment or customer service, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication abilities.

This position offers a salary range of 45,000 - 48,000 CAD per year. The role is for an existing vacancy.
