Company 3 in Vancouver, BC, is seeking an HR Coordinator, Senior to join our growing HR team. You will be the main HR presence in our Vancouver office, reporting to the Toronto HR Manager, supporting over 250 employees across Canada including Vancouver, Toronto, and remote locations.
Your role includes coordinating onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and HR projects, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and proactive service.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.85 hourly CAD
The Human Resources Coordinator, Senior is a key member of the Human Resources team and serves as the primary HR presence in our Vancouver office. Reporting to the HR Manager in Toronto, this role provides day-to-day HR support to over 250 employees across Canada, including employees in Vancouver, Toronto, and remote locations. This position supports a fast-paced business environment with frequent employee movement, onboarding, offboarding, and project-based hiring activity. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and a high volume of employee activity.
The successful candidate will act as the HR Manager's trusted operational partner and will take ownership of a wide range of HR coordination, administration, benefits administration, employee support, and project-related activities. This is a highly independent role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to work. The ideal candidate enjoys being the person others rely on to keep HR processes moving efficiently and accurately. In addition, there is an opportunity for learning and professional growth.

The benefits for eligible part-time employees working 25 or more hours per week and full-time employees in the US include a comprehensive package of health, retirement, and insurance benefits and paid time off. The benefits for eligible project hires and part-time employees working less than 25 hours per week in the US include retirement, select insurance benefits, and where required by law, health benefits. For roles filled in Canada and other territories, local benefits plan offerings as adopted and amended from time to time will apply.
