Position Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) efforts. This role is key to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, maintaining compliance, and helping build a workplace where everyone feels valued and included.
What You Will Do
Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Support:
- Manage the EDI inbox and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate vendor procurement and maintain organized documentation.
- Promote external partnerships and internal events through digital platforms.
- Maintain and enhance the EDI Knowledge Centre and cultural recognition calendar.
- Support Employee Resource Groups with event logistics and engagement tracking.
- Provide general admin support for EDI programs.
Talent Acquisition Support
- Prepare offer letters and manage new hire documentation in Dayforce.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure compliance with certification checks.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and assist with candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Generate reports, manage recruitment files, and support special HR projects.
What We Are Looking For
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field is an asset.
- A few years of experience in HR, EDI, or a related area.
- A strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and project coordination abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
