A leading logistics and transportation company is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a maternity leave contract of approximately 14 months. This fully remote position involves managing HR functions, supporting recruitment, and ensuring compliance with HR processes. Ideal candidates should have a strong HR background and excellent communication skills.
We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the interview process. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve outsourcing tactics.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He / She will be able to work autonomously. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization. This is a maternity leave contract for approximately 14 months in length. Our client is located in Brampton and is a logistics and transportation company.

Hours : Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm OR 8:30am - 5:30pm
