Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a team-oriented and approachable individual who can effectively multitask with a heightened focus on the employee experience. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various engagement opportunities and providing support to employees.

All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Qualifications
  • Education required: University degree, CPHR is an asset
  • Positive and engaging, people focused
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and process minded

  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Plan and execute events to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Manage procurement for general office requirements
  • General administrative responsibilities
