A day in the life of a Human Resources Coordinator with us: what does it look like?

• Collaborate with the Operations Director to identify recruitment needs and develop talent acquisition strategies;
• Manage the entire recruitment process;
• Oversee onboarding of new employees and ensure their smooth integration into the work environment;
• Foster a healthy and positive work environment by encouraging communication and collaboration among employees;
• Apply and enforce company policies related to human resources management;
• Monitor leave, absences, disciplinary actions, and employee files;
• Collaborate with marketing and communication on various projects and events;
• Perform any other related tasks.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or equivalent experience (asset);
• At least two years of experience in a similar role;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
• Proficiency in English (mandatory), French (asset), and Spanish (asset);
• Knowledge of computer tools (Microsoft Office, HRIS systems).
