Hatch Ltd. in Mississauga is seeking an HR Co-op Student for a 4-month internship starting January 2027.

Reporting to the HR Service Centre Lead, you will support offices globally from our Mississauga head office. The role offers hands-on experience in HR generalist activities, reporting, analytics, payroll support as needed, and opportunities to learn from industry leaders while contributing to real projects.

Qualifications

• 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year student enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business or similar, or a diploma specializing in Human Resources.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills an asset.
• Strong MS Office skills with advanced skill in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors and/or SAP an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support with various HR generalist activities including new hire file creation, onboarding, HR reporting and analytics, HR program and process review.
• Participate in the creation of reports and maintain databases.
• Assist with day-to-day employee requests; support payroll administration duties as needed.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
