Job summary

Hatch Ltd. is offering a Finance Student internship in Mississauga to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance operations. You will support accounts payable/receivable, assist with ERP data, and contribute to reporting and controls while learning from the Corporate Finance team.

The role targets a 3rd or 4th year student in Business, Accounting or Finance, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Office-based role with mentorship and exposure to global projects.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year student in Business, Accounting, Finance from an accredited university.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing and portal uploads.
• Support vendor invoice reviews and payment processing.
• Prepare tax-related documentation and assist with compliance activities.
• Contribute to internal controls and process documentation.
• Help with financial reporting, reconciliations, and data clean‑up in ERP systems.
• Participate in ad hoc projects related to finance process improvements, data analysis, and reporting initiatives.
