Job summary

InnovMetric is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our global Human Resources team in Quebec. You will partner with managers, influence decisions, and drive talent development across international locations.

Responsibilities include advising on people decisions, supporting succession planning, and ensuring payroll data integrity for subsidiaries. The role requires fluency in French and English, strong HR analytics, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years in HR advisory or HR business partner.

• Contribute to HR projects on health & safety, francisation, skills development, and regulatory compliance.
