Job summary

Leon’s Furniture Limited is seeking an HRBP Team Lead ON to join our Learning Center/HR Team in Toronto. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning while partnering with leaders to forecast headcount and develop staffing strategies.

The role requires strong HRIS/ATS experience, provincial employment standards knowledge, and ability to coach managers. On-site in Toronto with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• CHRP/CHRL designation or pursuing it.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (iCIMS/ADP/WFM).
• Strong knowledge of provincial employment standards and Canadian immigration processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including intake meetings and postings.
• Lead co-op/internship program recruitment.
• Develop job descriptions and maintain governance across roles.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding processes.
• Provide guidance on performance management and coaching.
