Job summary

Bombardier is offering a 12‑month HR internship in Canada. You will participate in HR meetings, triage employee issues, interact with Payroll and Leaders, and support HR Business Partners and special events. You will develop skills with MS Office, SAP, SuccessFactors and Workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in HR Management, with strong Excel/Power BI/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work full-time starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Human Resources Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Autonomous, highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Available to work full-time starting January 2027 for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Participate and present in Monthly and Weekly HR meetings.
• Triage HR issues for employees visiting HR.
• Interact with Payroll and Leaders.
• Support HR Business Partners and special events (e.g., HR Pot Luck lunch).
• Develop skills with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, SuccessFactors, Workforce.
