Closer to Home Community Services is seeking a full-time HR Business Partner to lead HR deliverables aligned with the strategic plan. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. About the Position: CTH is looking for a full time HR Business Partner (HRBP). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, the successful candidate is a key contributor to the organization and will be responsible for processing and leading all HR deliverables, as they align to the overall strategic plan. The HR Business Partner is a Coordinator level role, and will be responsible for direct supervision of HR staff.
