Job summary

Mortgage Automator Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic advisory support and day-to-day HR execution in our Toronto office. You will collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation to strengthen the people strategy.

Candidates should have 5+ years in HR roles, including HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Advisory, and be comfortable handling payroll deadlines and employee data accuracy across Canada and the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Advisory experience.
• Describe your experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
• Describe your experience supporting HR policies, employment standards, or compliance requirements across Canada and/or the United States.
• This is a hands-on HRBP role. Please confirm you are comfortable managing both strategic advisory support and day-to-day HR execution.
• Describe your experience supporting payroll deadlines and ensuring accurate employee information is provided on time.
