Reporting to the Sr. HR Business Partner, the HRBP provides proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented support in all facets of Human Resources as a true and skillful generalist, approaching all activities through the lens of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Utilizing strong judgement, the HRBP provides valuable support, coaching, guidance, and partnership to leaders within an assigned client group, seeking opportunities to enhance employee experiences and contribute to strong organizational outcomes. To contribute meaningfully, the HRBP will develop strong relationships within the People, Culture & Equity portfolio, across the college, and with union and association partners.

SALARY: $87,095 - $112,166 annually, reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience. This is a full-time permanent position with immediate access to our great pension and benefit programs.
