Job description

The Compensation Analyst reports to the Senior Manager, Compensation Advisory Enterprise Programs, delivering professional research, high-quality analytics and supporting the design and delivery of enterprise program solutions. This role will build strong partnerships across the global Compensation Advisory team, HR, and Corporate Transformation teams. Key responsibilities include supporting the year-end compensation program, contributing to the development of compensation tools and resources, supporting the design and implementation of the incentive compensation management tool, leading and participating in projects, providing ad hoc analysis, and participating in broader Global Compensation Advisory projects.

Position : Compensation Analyst

Shift : Monday-Friday, Core Business Hours

Responsibilities

Support the Year-End compensation program; contribute to the development of tools, workshops, and reference materials; participate in the creation and maintenance of compensation educational resources; support the design and implementation of the incentive compensation management tool; lead and participate in projects; provide ad hoc and project-related analysis and program support; participate in broader Global Compensation Advisory projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources / labor relations, mathematics, or economics preferred, or equivalent relevant compensation experience. 2-3 years of experience in a similar compensation-related capacity. Experience with year-end compensation programs within an HR function is required, along with strong collaboration skills and experience working with managers, HR business partners, compensation leads, and advisors. Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas). Experience with compensation testing and new system testing is a must. Workday advanced compensation knowledge and artificial intelligence awareness are considered assets.
