We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with strong time management skills. In this administrative role, you'll be responsible for managing our Education Assistance program and training logistics—balancing independent work with team collaboration to deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. This position offers a hybrid work model based in Saskatoon, SK. The successful candidate will primarily work from home, coming into the office once a week. During certain months, a full week of in-office support for training events may be required.

You will report to the Leadership Development Specialist and work within a team that values respect, collaboration, innovation, and customer service. You will collaborate closely with peers in our People & Culture team to support Co-ops across western Canada and stakeholders throughout FCL.
