Job description

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an HR Administrator, Learning & Development on a permanent basis.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with strong time management skills. In this administrative role, you'll be responsible for managing our Education Assistance program and training logistics—balancing independent work with team collaboration to deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. This position offers a hybrid work model based in Saskatoon, SK. The successful candidate will primarily work from home, coming into the office once a week. During certain months, a full week of in-office support for training events may be required.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide administrative support for the Education Assistance program, including processing course approvals, reimbursement claims, issuing return of service agreements, and responding to inquiries.
  • Support Early Careers programs by processing reimbursements and managing related documents.
  • Assist Leadership Development programs by managing certificate requests, tracking participants, and monitoring expenses.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, such as shipping materials, ordering catering, and processing billing.
  • Facilitate communication with workshop participants, program applicants, external facilitators, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the Learning & Development team with scheduling, LMS management, account reconciliation, and document organization.

You will report to the Leadership Development Specialist and work within a team that values respect, collaboration, innovation, and customer service. You will collaborate closely with peers in our People & Culture team to support Co-ops across western Canada and stakeholders throughout FCL.

Who you are:

You are interested in a career in administration and:

  • Have 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Possess a certificate or diploma in Office Administration or Office Management (relevant education and experience may be combined).
  • Experience managing requests within case management tools is an asset.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes is an asset.
