Plexus has teamed up with an exciting Cryptocurrency VC that has successfully built and is revolutionising their crypto prop trading team. You will be deployed to collaborate with both their investment and venture teams.

We are seeking a recruiting expert to help revolutionise a growing firm.

Requirements

• Identify and attract top-tier candidates for roles in AI, finance, and technology across multiple regions.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver strong candidates aligned with company values and growth trajectory.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach primarily for in-house recruitment needs.
• Operate with high intensity and independence; described as needing to be a "working beast."
• Understanding of financial markets and/or AI is a plus.
• Maintain knowledge of regional talent markets and cost-efficiency.
