Hatfield is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Administrator to work in our North Vancouver office (hybrid). Reporting to our Manager, Human Resources, this role will focus on processes and procedures, with an eye towards organizational efficiency. You will work alongside our amazing people and culture team to deliver a broad range of services including benefits administration, HRIS systems updates, assisting with day-to-day HR functions, working closely with various departments for employee onboarding and offboarding, providing project support on retention and engagement initiatives, and assisting our managers and employees with day-to-day requests and questions.

Salary: $55k-$70k. We extend an invitation to applicants of all levels to submit their candidacy for this role.
