Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an HR Administrator, Inquiry Services on a permanent basis within our People & Culture team.
We are looking for a resourceful professional who enjoys interacting with others. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from internal stakeholders. They will respond to a variety of requests by providing information, resolution, or directing to the appropriate HR team. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.

You will report to the Manager, Inquiry Services & Workforce Administration on a team that fosters a culture of trust and curiosity. You will be one of two individuals in this role but will work closely with the larger team. You will also have the opportunity to interact with a variety of professionals across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS).
