Job summary

Anishnawbe G’Zhiitoonegamic (A’Gic) is an Indigenous women-led social enterprise in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. We seek an HR and Administration Lead to support administrative, financial, and human resources operations with a values-driven, culturally grounded workforce.

This full-time, on-site role reports to the Plant General Manager and will help uphold strong financial practices and efficient administrative systems while fostering a positive staff experience.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Administration or HR.
• Experience in Indigenous workplace is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Administration: manage office systems, records, and document control.
• Finance: payroll, accounts payable/receivable, reporting, budgeting support.
• Human Resources: recruitment, onboarding, employee records, policies, safety, engagement.
