Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to ARC HSS staff and oversee daily operations.
• Assist Program Manager with recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and analyze reporting data for program evaluation and compliance.
• Support grant writing and funding opportunities.
