SOAR Community Services in Brantford, ON is seeking a Housing Resource Centre Case Manager to support individuals experiencing homelessness and at-risk families. We are recruiting for a Housing Resource Centre Case Manager. This role is a vital part of our Housing Program, supporting individuals and their families who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. Clients will be supported with both low-touch and medium-high touch services based on their self-identified need and will be referred to resources including legal clinics, income support services, food bank services, identification and tax clinics, as well as Brant Access to Housing, Canada-Ontario Housing Benefit, and the Housing Stability Fund in addition to being supported with housing searches and learning their rights and responsibilities as a tenant to prepare for successful tenancy.
